We deliver our products island-wide.
Usually, our packages are delivered within 3 - 4 days, depending on your location it could be before the mentioned dates as well.
We may deliver your item the same day if you place it by 1pm. This is relevant for customer-based Colombo 01 to Colombo 15.

The www.viana.lk website contains all descriptions and instructions. Each product description and instructions are on the packaging. Viana has placed instructions on all products. You can refer to our website, and all details are mentioned on the back of the packaging.
Payments
We accept Bank transfers and Cash on Delivery as well as Credit and debit card payments via online.
After you make the payment online, please share the bank slip with us. After payment confirmation is received from our account department, Once it is confirmed, we will proceed with processing the order.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within the first 2 hours of submitting the order online using the link sent via mobile.
- If you wish to cancel an order placed via hotline, you may do so within 2 hours from placing the order, by calling our hotline 077 055 6666 or canceling the order online.
- If you place an order via credit/debit card and cancel your order within the first 2 hours of placing your order, you will be fully refunded.
- If you place an order via cash on delivery, and you do not cancel your order within the first 2 hours of placing it, your order will be delivered to you.
- If you do not want to accept the delivery, you must pay the delivery charge to the driver.

Returns & Exchange

Cancellation Policy:
- You may return the unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- If you do not wish to accept the package sent to you, you must pay the delivery fee, and send back the items via the delivery driver. (if you have paid via card we will only deduct the cost of the items, not the delivery fee)
- If the reason for return is due to an error made by Viana (you have received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay for the delivery cost for the post as well.
- You may return the items via post office to our office address (must use original packaging)
- The refund will be sent to your account within 4 weeks of receiving the package to our office.
- If the items returned have broken seals, and are visibly used, we will not refund.
